Description
I am afraid poor Meadow has been put on the back burner since we found out about Carla 'B'. Meadow has had a problem with her ankle (carpus), she has had x-rays & there is hardly any changes with the bones. Mike sent the x-rays off to a specialist & he thinks it is tissue damage rather than bone. So hopefully with the right exercise etc she should be ok. Thankfully she can now have walks off the lead BUT has to go very careful :o) Very hard telling Meadow to go easy. :o)
Beautiful day here, mild & sunny. Carla 'B' holding her own, she has had two little walks today & eaten, another day another bonus.

Everyday is a bonus is a fantastic way to look at things Barbara. They told me that my heart would not hold on until 60. Here I am at 69 and looking forward to 70 next summer. Had my cardiologist appointment this morning and he is amazed at how I am doing. Some good news about Meadow and Carla 'B' has given you another wonderful day. Hugs and woofs to all! Dana

Each day as you say is a bonus with your beloved Carla, I am so happy she is not suffering and enjoying her life to the full. Hope that Meadow gets sorted soon, she is such a lovely natured dog and looks so good too. hugs and love xxxxxx

Oh boy. We know about these injuries, and it sure is hard to keep them down to a nice slow walkie! We are keeping poor dear Meadow in our prayers, too. We know how she loves to run and hope you can keep her down at least a slow trot! Heal quickly Dear Meadow!
