MB3D Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. This image is slightly odd in that the very ornate frame is actually part of the fractal. I know it is not the most interesting fractal but I was very impressed by the fact it comes preframed. Enjoy your weekend. Its cold here now but at least its sunny and supposed to stay this way. My sister has an old framed picture of my grandparents hanging on her wall that has a similar frame work is why I think this is an extraordinary design which caught my attention the moment I saw it.Little things that stir memories are one of the reasons I joined an art website because sometimes it's the little things that rekindle ones memories of days gone by.You've done that here Jim....No I'll be the 1st to admit that I don't think of them as much as I should is why I mentioned before that it's the small things that probably mean less to others and is cool that just by you posting this helped me remember something that I wouldn't have thought of more often without help a gentle reminder... It reminds me of one of those huge epic paintings of the Romatic period about wars and destruction made heroic, and the frame perfectly matches that mood.
