Cesaria, the fifth moon orbiting the planet Casarius, this city thrives and is advancing in technology, sociology and rapidly gaininly political ground among it's neighboring systems. The planet is inhabited by a hunamoid species called the "Casars". They are a shy or timid but strong and intelligent race guarding their knowledge from the evils of outsiders. Their perculiar mixture of nostalgia and futurism has a juxtaposition similar to that of their nemesis "Xavarius"......stay tuned to see exactly what I mean. :-) Enjoy.
