Description
As I stand and look in the mirror
I am in awe
At what the hand of God can create
I am not the best
But I am the best I can be
When I do right
There is a warm sense of calm
That flows through me
When I do wrong
I am comforted
That he is the God of mercy
I am so flawed
How can he stand me
But through the eyes of grace
I am perfect imperfection
I picked this picture to go with this poem because it is a lot like most people, especially me. Sometimes we are beaten down a little and a little wore out but we are still beautiful and I think these flowers even though a little weather beaten are still very beautiful. I hope everyone likes them.
