Interesting that there is a glove, still attached to the handle! Perhaps it's permanently attached so it won't be lost, There is a sad mood to this, enhanced by the choice of black and white. Perhaps someone poor or homeless is trying to eke out a living. An excellent capture, beautifully photographed.
