What a gorgeous capture, super pov. The landscape and reflections are beautiful. The bare and uneven posts really add character as they stand on the edge of the pond. Thanks for sharing Mike.

A really beautiful scene; excellent camera work and I just adore it!! I must say, that it would be really hard to find anywhere in Aussie that would look this green. Our predominant vegetation is never true green although the upside is that most is not deciduous so no "fall" in Autumn. LOL

I love the way old posts like these always look like the remains of a petrified forest or something otherwise ancient and fossilized. There's something compelling about decay in its numerous forms, I guess because of the paradox that decay is an affirmation of life. When stuff falls into disrepair and decay it takes on a different sort of vibrancy and is undeniable proof that no matter what, life goes on. I rather like that sentiment and the way in which you've captured that poignant truth here. The water is stunning as is the rich greenery. Great work.
