Description
This is Tinara, the Pinaku Warrior, who's out on afternoon patrol in the Colaka Forest.
Photoshop 6.0 with just paintbrush and eraser tools...
The entire picture is drawn from scratch without use of any references, pretty much just to see if I could. Was an interesting experiment and while there are parts I'm not happy with, I think it came out okay.
This picture is dedicated to che18530 who's great sketches inspired me to do one of my own in a different format than I'm used to. Thanks Cheryl...

I knew darn well you had it in you Shadow my friend. Anyone who can handle a blank page and a digital tablet like you can - would certainly be able to do portraiture without reference. Dedicating this lovely image to Cheryl was also a great gesture. I did likewise with my last post of "Dead or Alive" - so Cheryl's wonderful sketches have inspired a few of us. I'm proud of you Shadow - your work and skills just keep on improving.
