Description

The weight is far too little that the hedgehog baby survives the winter :-( Hedgehogs should have at least 350 gram before the winter sleep. Hope dies last......... I photographed the small one after weighing.... wish you a wonderful day!!!!! ....many thanks for the nice remarks and favorites on my previous photos! ***************PLEASE OPEN THE FULL-SIZED IMAGE WINDOW***************

Aww cute little chap.. Maybe a warm spot in a garage or shed may help it survive.. Or a mild winter..

awww... melts we had hedgehogs walking around last winter (and I bought 'em -$$$$$$$$$$$$- hedgehog food & made sure they had shelter i.e. comfy place to stay) 'they'(at the shelter I called) said hedgehogs will ONLY hibernate when they're at a certain weight if not, they will keep strolling around looking for food (think FOOD is the keyword? or hedgehog shelter??) dunno about 'weak' weather has been strange, perhaps it was born 'too late' hope it will live... with a little help from a friend?! :-D

Dreadful to think he won't make it. He looks so vulnerable and fragile. A beauty.
