Even in a drought as we had here a few years back in Wisconsin...(Yes we have had a few here) but not like you folks in Texas.....that 2 things are a given when mother nature don't provide the proper amount of water....Weeds and Certain flowers still find away..... Beautiful Capture here Richard!...
