Description

As some of you know, I crashed my motorcycle last Saturday and broke a cartilage rib and basically briused and cut up my left side. I am praying that the 5000 med pay I have on my policy will cover the emergency room visit. I did not want to go as I knew I had messed up a rib and I knew they could do nothing for it as they broke my ribs to pull half my lung for cancer. They did eventually gave me morphine which helped. Anyway I have been having problems with my new Poser Pro 2010, of course right after I bought it they come out with new version. I was having 2 problems one was poser would crash when I tried to save renders, and two when I tried to use "St Fox" delete all lights my computer would freeze so nothing worked except thr off\on switch. Smith Micro wanted a scene with Andy. Hell it took me a while to find the bugger. Anyway, no probs saving old Andy. I did fix problem by unchecking use external binary morphs. I found out that is what generates those PMD files. When you uncheck it the saved PZ3 file is bigger. According to the tech. the reson they have this as default is to save hard drive space. I suspect my problems of moving a PZ3 file to Vue or Autodesk3d has been solved. I have yet to try the light trick on old Andy and report back to the tech. at Smith Micro. Lastly, I have discovered a fatal flaw at Rendo. When Rendo turned the bots back on I like many of you was happy, however when I click on the notification tab (by the mail tab) I found out about 1/3 of my favs I do not get any bot message when they post ie: RGUS has been a fav of mine since I first got here, but I get no bot for him. I re-faved him got message he was already a fav.. I went through my bot mail and no RGUS, but there he was in the notifications. I suspect that Mikeerson is not getting notified of my posts as I no longer get any comments from him,but I see his comments on other artist renders. Of course he may just have un-faved me.

I want one of those, and I would take a long drive out to the coast and get away from it all. Thanks for the information on the email issues, I hope it straightens out all the way, and if someone unfaved you, which I doubt would be the case, that shouldn't have any thing to do with you get their notifications that would only stop them on their side from getting yours. Maybe you can just bookmark their page. Good luck with your medical issues, and please be safe out on the roads.

Nice work on this test. Sorry about the bots and the comments. I can't speak for anyone else, but my commenting is way down from last year. I just don't have the time, and I post at more than one site now. But not to worry, I'm sure if you site mail all your friends you'll get some comments from them.

no, no, no, no, no.... I wouldn't unfave you man.... I've been taking some much needed time off... I've really cut my time down on being on the computer... I know some people's children just look at pictures and don't read what people say in their galleries - lol... I just don't spend my time constructive... and my Wife hasn't had my undevided attention in a long time.... I use to spend a good 4 hours a day commenting - that's just crazy man... I do want to do more art and learn more of my 3d program functions - I just can't comment on everyones pictures - especially since artist can upload 10 now.... the art charts are down to 20 instead of 50, so I really don't see what the use in faving does anymore - lol... my life seems to be racing and there is so much i want to do..... I haven't commented for two months cause i didn't want to hurt anybody.... I don't every want to walk away from here, I just can't devote the kind of time I usedo.

Yes, unchecking external binary morphs helps with everything. I could not get Poser to work in Vue with them on. Sorry you got hurt. I too am missing bots. People I ued to comment on are missing and I do not get commented on by old friends. They really screwed up the system.

I wish you a speedy recovery. Yes, unfortunately the software is still too early thrown on the market. And then there is the user to post the whole error, so the developers iron out the bad bugs again. A nerve is such a thing! Finally, we paid a lot of money for the program and not expecting a trashy! Cool picture!
