Description
These cars do not pollute the air.
They are more effective than electric cars. They have a problem: they are very slow. I have removed the color because to me they are dead, are mechanical bodies.

Looks like a rough part of town...as for the derelict cars, they are innocent victims...hopefully soon to be towed off to a disposal yard. We often turn a blind eye to this sort of thing...glad you didn't do so. Well done.
