“You do not know what you do not need”
As a young boy, I always wanted to be an astronaut.
But it did not work, clearly, otherwise you would say now "... ..this is the Man from the Lunar landing!"
But I've always looked at Prof. Grzimek. At that time, I did not know that I would ever go on his tracks.
No, I have not become a zoo director.
I live in southern Africa and if you want to go on a safari ......

Great render! Actually, they are discovering that it isn't all due to man-made processes; it is a much more complicated situation than was originally thought. Much of it appears to be due to a combination of effects that are part of the natural world. Even if mankind was not spewing out tons of gashouse gases, we would be seeing significant rises in global temperatures. However, that is not to say that we shouldn't try to curtail man's contribution to the problem. I also read very recently that something like half the animal and plant populations in the world are growing significantly smaller in size as the planet continues to heat up. Among the plants, are numbered a lot of mankinds grain and cereal plants, which means smaller production of ceral crops. Same for some of the food animals. Polar bears, for example, had shrunk 12 percent in size in just the last 20 or so years.
