My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
Â
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
Â
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!

I love the title and the postwork. You made a very keen observation about the tall one, and you made me chuckle.

Somehow reminiscent of The Beatles' Abbey Road Cover. Cool shot!

How mysterious! Was it a convention and this is all their loot? Or....oh I don't know...it says forever on the bag...a store...a heavenly visitation?...very strange...

Well you know, Tara, that left-handers are the only ones in thier 'right' minds LOL! Guess which hand I use? LOL! You should have got these guys in a crosswalk - then it would have REALLY looked like Abbey Road! :-D I love the way you selectively retained to colors here! Those yellow bags just rivet the eye to the four suits walking! A great shot!

Oh, I love this...such a keen observation! Of course, with that whole yellow campaign going on here (GO DO GOOD, written repeatedly and without spaces and blurred together with and emphasis on GODO) I'm immensely familiar with that particular shade of yellow. Hey, it's popped up in a few of my captures from the downtown area too! I believe that shade of yellow is now known as downtown ubiquitous yellow! At any rate, I like it and I remember seeing this pic shortly after you took it! I love your selective coloring; it kinda matches a whole lot of the Loop and general downtown area...stuff just pops out of nowhere, like a particular set of yellow bags, including one lefty. This is great. I like it immensely.

Very well spotted - the youngster is tall! Love the selective desaturation to pull them out of the clutter. Clive

love it!!!

My guess...four Turkish business men popping out of a meeting of some sort for a quick shopping trip. How do I know where they are from? Just intuition. They did stick out in a crowd! The yellow bags really make this...most creative:*

So interesting, Tara. Also intriguing to me. And what would be in that yellow bags!? Didn't you asked them? LOL. They seem to bear those bags FOREVER, :D.
