Description

The clock said 5 in the morning But the moon said it was still night It was so crisp out I know it had to be putting color In my cheeks I looked up into the heavens The sky was so clear I could see every star That was ever created Since the beginning of time And I thought of you I wondered if you could see What I was seeing I wondered if you were drinking your morning tea Looking out your window And thinking of me I wondered if the morning chill Put honeydew on your honey lips I wondered if before i died I would ever get To feel your kiss

This is so true bc here at 5:30 in the morn you can really feel the crisp in the air, and it makes me want to go back to bed and cover up. :))))) Temps in the 30's this morning and frost is ever so heavy it really makes it hard to make my son go out and get on the bus. :( I love how your poems make us feel what you are feeling. :)))))) I bet your wife loves to get all these beautiful poems my friend. :)))) Words from your heart to hers. :)))))) This is a most sweet poem. :)))))) Thank you for sharing your heart. :))))))) Carry A Smile In Your Heart :))))))

So, VB: An old friend o' TallPockets once went up to TEN ladies during an evening out. He asked EACH of them, one at a time, if they wanted to "GO HOME" with him .... NINE ladies SLAPPED him and walked away .... NUMBER TEN lady said, "YES". (WINK)

My first kiss was with a girl I really cared about and I felt an electric spark on my lips. Poems like this make me wonder where she is now. Excellent work, Randy.
