Description
The planet Atreos IV has a thin atmosphere, like that of Mars, and it is almost impossible for liquid water to occur. This is the one body of open water on the planet, and the scientific team has yet to determine why the lake is as stable as it is. They are concluding that it must be artificial, maintained by some past (or present) native intelligence.
