So, yeah, I am taking a page from my friend Roxy who actually had the brilliant idea of telling her tale via panels and stuff...:-)
YAY for ripping brilliant artists off...ROFL...
I had been struggling with writers block in regards to Tome ii. of my tale and then it hit me. Every two part-er establishes new friction elements. In Aliens it was the intro of Mother, in Terminator Duex i'twas a snot nosed kid--well in mine we have "Menthe" Death's Thanos one time lover turned stalker who is not gonna let some mortal usurper come in and take her rightful place on the throne.
Add to the tale Persi' father Thaddus. The descendant of a Moorish type race called the Droani, Thaddus had been a likable enough man whilst alive but rather ruthless in business. Death seeks Tad in a purgatory type area of the Underworld as he is curious about Persi's dear old pops.
He finds the man to be keen of wit and mind and asks him to work alongside him doing occasional executive errands (think Administrative Assistant)...Thaddus has no idea what Death's plans are for his little pumpkin.
Meanwhiles, Thanos is still chasing his mortal beloved who finds herself in a quandry of conflicting emotion regarding her god suitor...

Excellent job on these, Alicia! Roxy's creativity is awesome, but it's still your story and characters. Very interesting props and p.o.v's on these :)

Glad I could help you out girl. Must say you are really getting the hang of the detail and color depth needed to make really good still imagery. Here we see three wonderful panels that could each stand on there own but together make an integrated whole.
