Description
I think that some of my dear visitors got me wrong and maybe I wrote again some “grammatical nonsense “in the previous “over the years”upload.
I never have or had the intention of deleting my gallery,what I wanted to speak out was,that some artists deleted their gallery to do a new start,or not beeing satisfield with their earlier works,that’s none of my business,but it inspired me for these works so in fact I could say thanks to the “deleters”lol..
And it gave me the idea to look back and read also at the comments made at the time of upload.
I have friends who followed me from the beginning until now with almost 2.500 images,that’s a long way,and out of respect I would never delete my gallery,because then the comments and the feelings and thoughts of all my friends would vanish and I don’t wanna loose that,because they are precious,each and everyone.
I made another collage with a random choice,no selection criteria just choose them on the spot on sight so to speak.
It would be fun if you could take the time to click and see what you wrote at the time of your visit,but only when time and schedule permits.

I think your right Doc, once a gallery reaches a certain point, the "cost" of deleting it all and starting again would be too great! Thus, you can never (?) delete your gallery now! I am sure the level would be different for everyone but I guess if i (ever!) reached 300+ then that would be the point of no return for me! I didn't take offence at anything you wrote mate - never do (freedom of speech and all that!) Not being one of these hyper sensitive fools that sort of thing never bothers me! So carry on mate and roll on 3000, 4000, 5000 ...... maybe by the time you get to DS12 it will be worth using ;))

yeah it is a shame for folks deleting images....I am glad you are keeping yours up, look how much time you spent up to 2400 images..so you did a smart thing to leave it here with all the comments people give you besides I like to see you reach up to 5,000! Actually I dont know of anyone higher than yours? I know RGUS has 2200 or something. I enjoy seeing you and your wife posting images it is fun...

I love these strolls down memory lane Rene. My gallery is only a small fraction the size of yours, but I went back to read comments on my earlier works and found it wonderful remembering how great it felt the first time I started getting feed back from fellow artists. I would never delete my gallery. There are comments there from people that over time became good friends and are no longer living.

I been here a long time and do enjoy your work. I also know some of the galleries was deleted by mistake by the artist and also by RR by mistake or error of the site it self. yes many was deleted by the artists themselves for differ reasons. I with you the comments is too good by other people who spent time looking and comments even if it just one word. remington one time bought back eight of his paintings and burn them. Saying "their eight lest works the world do not have to put up with" He did not think people like them and he thought they was not good at all. wish he give them to my kin folks so I could have them today. lol i be rich.

I have deleted my gallery twice since joining Renderosity in 2003, and I still have managed to make it over 1,000, which I can scarcely believe myself! Your gallery is such a fine source of inspiration, Rene! I wish you many many more thousands of additions to it! Thank you so very much for sharing your wit and talents and observations on the state of the world! It's all GOOD!!!!!
