looks like the person on the left is carrying a rifle.wonder what or who is the target.(full screen shows it to be an umbrella)(I did not know her umbrella was loaded!!)I enjoy seeing the ships at Houston as they come right into the city proper in the Houston ship channel.at one street there was a tunnel under the channel and they have actually had ships strike the top of the tunnel causing leaks
