Hmmm... considering the lock on the door, it looks like a toilet. And she needs help. With what? Pee or poo? Or rub her back in the bath tub while taking her bath? This image creates a lot of questions. Interesting arrangement of items in the image. Adds a bit to the uncertainty about what kind of help she means. Nice with the suspense. Keep up the good work! :-)
