More beauty! I love the marvelous tree (trees?) on the right, What a wonderful trunk. There was some indication in the last picture, but in this one you can really see how sharply the land falls away on the right. Wonderful patterns made by the branches on the right side of the picture. Great progression down the lane. Tall trees with heavy shadows, leading to smaller trees with bright leaves, which form an arch that frames the strong lines of tree trunks in the distance. Beautiful place and capture! I would love to walk here!

A spectacular beech tree. It reminds me of one I cherish near a place called Beck House, close to Derwent Water. From the shape of the terrain, i am wondering if this is somewhere in the south-west. Exmoor perhaps?
