Thank you for all your comments so far. Ahh! Another tangent- although I will try and keep it a brief one. My ancient galatic history is I admit inspired by the work of Alastair Reynolds whose 'Dawn War' in his 'Revelation Space' series makes this battle look like a local skirmish. Blind Guardian and Hive-Kind from Sixus 1 are the aliens. Tiermacht provides the black hole and cylon raider and Gendragon provides some of the fighters in the Bryce Render in frame 2. The flying saucer is from somewhere, probably Share CG maybe by 3dt. The Dark Matter bombs are a bit of mystery, I think maybe Joe Kurtz- but probably wrong! And last but not least I finally got round to using the flak meshes that Neilwil sent to me. Thank you very much.
