Description

Shack was built with Sketchup just to see if I could, textured using Max because I know I can. Ho Hum anything to make life easier. Tied to get as much mist as possible and still maintain some visbility, Lots of tries to get the lighting and shadows right. Took over 26 hours to render this Thanks for previous comments Enjoy Credits and thanks to: Realms Art = Sword Fern & Paper Birch Linda Daireaux = Lush High Grasses Asile FX = Groundcover & Bushes

I think it worked really well. The depth of mist seems just right - mysterious but you can still see the landscape. Great lighting.

I laugh to see you link Max is easier than SketchUp. I guess it's all what you know best. Great looking cabin and I love the great atmosphere you surrounded it with. Excellent work.

This is a wonderful picture. The shack is great, the surrounding perfect, just like the atmosphere. Perhaps you could have made a stone or gravel path? This one looks a bit like asphalt. But otherwise: wonderful!
