Description
this was taken before halloween was canceled here in western mass.
we have been without power for a week due to snow-covered tree limbs falling on power lines.

These people don't look happy that Halloween was cancelled. I'm sure it sucked... but, I hope you had a good experience that will be a good memory... some storms actually ended up being great fond memories for me.
