Description

Still unfinished yet this Wavefront Obj. file weighs in at 11 Mb with so much more to go. It doesn't seem likely that I will be able to complete it before Wings keels over. I'll just have to see. Thanks for looking.

The little tank that could (for a while)....This is looking excellent! I think you'll be ok, I got Wings to build a model that weighed in at 32Mb.I find Wings struggles if you have a lot of parts combined and then ask it to seperate them....it doesn't like that very much!!. Look forward to seeing how this comes out......

Thanks Neil. You're right about Wings when it comes to combining and separating parts. What I've been doing with this model is building it in sub-assemblies, one file for the turret, another for the hull, a third for the tracks and bogies. I am hoping I'll be able to assemble the whole model outside of Wings when it is done.

Looking good! I think you should be able to pull it off. Wings is good up to 35 or so megs and if you have lots of memory it'll take you to 50-55 with not a lot of problems. (I know I've been there).
