My intended, Commander, Sir Asimov Vinge Zelazney, and I having recently returned from our latest adventure.... saving the Martian Princess and her contourier from the Space Pyrate Casssill the Unlikely...are in current duty of giving our transport, The Wyvern Rampant a complete refit, and the crew... hardy souls that they are, a well deserved paid leave from duties, so that they may spend ample time with their families and friends, no doubt regaling those in attendance with dales of derring do. Which does bring me to a request, that I wish to make of you.... It is Sir Asimov's birthday in one month hence, and the gentleman is very hard on clothing. His collection of rip'd shirts is enough to shame that impudent upstart Clark Savage Jr. and here is the nup of my request. On previous visits to your establishment, Sir Asimov had me fitted with this wondrous coat of Impervarius,which you so kindly fashioned for me.. I cannot tell you of the many times this coat has safeguarded my life. I wish to purchase, thru my own account, a similar coat to replace Sir Asimov's well worn and weathered duster, wih something of a more durable cut, again fashions of your wondrous material Impervarius. This, of course would be of a gentleman's cut. If such is agreeable to yourself and the hardworking tailors of your employ, I can quickly send sir Asimov's measurements, in secret I trust, to you. The man is so hard on clothing...
