Description
My first try at this general idea was back in late 2009 and then I made a "Running Out" artwork in 2010. It still didn't meet my expectations though and I knew I could do better, explore this idea more fully. Now I have this artwork and it's everything I wanted to do back in 2009... only better and with hints of Dali!
This took several renders (six in all) to create the final image you see here. I had to do a lot more digital painting on this one than I usually do but it was well worth it; I'm quite pleased with how this turned out.

Brilliant work! All that work was well worth it. I love all the details in this, and especially the refraction effect on the clock hands. Superb!
