Description
I used the same whiskey glass. but added some other items to the scene...the smoke is a rendered part of the scene, i like how it turned out pretty well, Smoke is something i have been trying and trying to figure different materials for,,,maybe i will figure it out....Modeled with Moray, 3ds, rendered with Pov-Ray...Thanks for viewing and any helpful comments, Larry

Don't know any of the apps you mention, but as it's always the artist that creates, not the software, I don't really care as YOU did a great job here. The apps only helped you, like a pencil or a pen. Congrats.

the scene is great. I love the 'feel' of it. Only thing I see which might be improved is the smoke from the ashtray. I think a stream of smoke from the lit cigarette is what it needs. But hey, who am I but a die-hard drinker and smoker. LOL Anyhoo, what you've done is great. Great I tell ya! patpatpat on the back Good job!

Very realistic. The smoke is pretty good too. Although it may be spread out a bit too much?

Me and my friends used to hang out at a bar in Chicago called The Blue Note, is this any reference to that same place? Nice image BTW.
