Description
Elenoir took a little evening stroll with her little sister,and after shopping they like to come to this quite place before heading home.
Sadly in our times the one cannot walk secure anymore ,that’s why we have tight security everywhere.
The lady might feel secure ,but according to her expression she is not overjoyed by this situation.
The thing that came to my mind this morning was:if the politicians are not going to cut the crap,then the next generation of kids first word to learn will be not Mama & Papa but Crisis,Krise,Crise.
Another amazing thing is you steal an apple and someone calls the police or depends on the country they cut your hand.
As a politician you can rob and indept your country shamelessly and then you retire with all your money and get even a pension from the people you just robbed for ages.
That’s the profession of the future politician you can turn like the wind.
PS.you might have realised that I am not uploading as much as usual,I am working on a Spackovian extension, another planet inspired by the book Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson there is 3 books in the series I will try to get them as well.
But as I am an undisciplined sob I jump again from left to right.lol,much fun.
Ute will leave next Saturday for Luxembourg to visit Severine so she will not be much around either.and I will be guarding the spacko-vault and taking care of the doggy-babes.

Yeah, I completely agree with you. Politicians and corruption have been robbing us blind for so long, even now we KNOW they do it, yet they do it anyways. Like paid criminals indeed! Excellent illustration. Looking forward to your expansion on your world. You always have such detail in your works!

I've felt for a long time that the time has come for another Boston Tea Party (world-wide this time), only let's throw the politicians into the bay, and drink the tea.... You can't oppress the people forever. The day will come. Can't wait to see what you do with the Spackoine Expansion, Bro! I know it'll be good!

You make such cutting, valid obserations on life and it's ironies, Rene. A wonderful piece here! It really enhances what you have said in your narrative. You got me interested in the Mars trilogy after I first learned from you that you had started it. Happily, day before yesterday, I was looking for some old photos in a huge stack of boxes I keep all my old family memorabilia and stumbled across the complete set, Red Mars (1993), Green Mars (1994)and Blue Mars (1996). I have started reading the series again. Thank you for reminding me of this most excellently well written series. I look forward to many many days of entertainment and I REALLY look forward to seeing how these books influence your artwork. I might toss in a few interpretations from the book into my art as well! (No accents on my keyboard) Same here; kids don't play in the street any more; doors are never left open; security locks everywhere, and people in general are more suspicious of each other. Greed rules. But there are still many places, and small cities, where you can walk alone in safety.

so true what you say. but they forget they will have to face the Judge that knew all they thoughts and works and all they ever did and even what they was planning on doing. And that judge will Judge them and all of us rightly too

I couldn't agree with you more, Rene, the same the world over though, what country it happens to be is immaterial anymore as most all politicians are asshats no matter where they live... it's become a sorry place to live for the masses.

Great scene Rene and super rant but the people just continue to let it happen that's the strange part.. They are not worried what the people think they keep robbing use blind and retire as you say on the pigs back... Free air flight for them and their partners for the rest of their lives too.. Check my facebook mate and look for a little shared picture about politicians..

You would think in this day and age, there would be some justice. That the rich would help the poor to have better living standards, not take the last shreds of dignity and survival from them. Sigh. Instead, the rich get richer, the poor are on the verge extinction, and the middle class will soon be the new poor. That's my vision of the brave new world. Your young woman and her daughter best enjoy shopping today .. and walking along the waterfront for tomorrow they will be sleeping under those stairs, using the shopping bags for pillows. Oh .. hey .. sorry, I'm supposed to be commenting on your work, not adding my own rant. A beautifully created scene with just the right touch of reality.

This kind of sounds like how the security works in Undercity lol though they are out to kill the last remains of Prototype Children because they are a threat to humanity not to mention who would want something like a psychological bitch roaming around getting everyone pregnant with her offspring so she can live longer? Hell imagine if they all become just like her..The world wont be safe man! It wont be safe!
