Description

Thank you for stopping for a closer look. Any and all comments are welcome and appreciated. Yesterday Mies posted a very beautiful image of a couple walking in the distance. I thought it might be the ideal shot to try out some techniques of postwork I have been learning. Please do not think I in anyway think I have improved on the image Mies posted. What I did was change it dramatically so there is a different story being told. Mies graciously gave me permission to alter her image, so here it is and I gladly dedicate it to both Mies and Karel. Two wonderful friends my wife and I have met since joining this site. Jim Here is a link to Mies's original image so you can see the changes made: thumb_2269567.jpg

How exciting this image has become, Jim! I feel honored by your post-work as words. Thank you :). If I zoom in this picture, this makes me think of an eye. It is as if these two lovers disappear in the iris, or you see this happening, both of them walking, literally, out of sight. Also your title fits very well with the image you see, which could be used as a cover of a book. Thump up, Jim!
