This is a streetportrait of Kurt and Ingrid.
I've asked this nice couple yesterday also
at the Neckarwiese (Neckar Meadow) to become a model.
They are not smiling because I asked them to do so.
Reason: It happens pretty often that people look
a bit like idiots when they smile.
They were both really very nice and said "Yes" at once.
Please zoooom in and post a comment.
Try also to capture portraits of foreign people.
It is really great fun!
BTW:
I always use only a small camera.
This is not that aggressive.

Really nicely done! The light is excellent, and they both seem quite comfortable. You were right to ask them not to smile. Outstanding result!

A most excellent portrait, Bernie! A natural looking expression on both of them! They seem distracted by life and are trying to focus their thoughts at the moment, is what they seem to be displaying, at least to me. Great job, on this one!
