Description

In honor of the first settlers on Spackovia,we take some old paintings and books with us to Spackopolis,to remind us of the pioneers in conqueering Spackoine-Spackovia. Here we have an oil painting showing Captain Elroy McSpack, master of the Steamfleet, when he hit land with the first wave of settlers in the old days, right at Lynns Point named after the wife of the First Consul ,Eduardo de la Miseria. His wife Linovia “Lynn” came from a family of old from the highlands on Terra Nova and died in childbed, after giving birth to a son by the name of Vangelicus.his story will be told somewhat later. Don’t anybody worry if he cannot follow the story I don’t even know where it will lead me and frankly I don’t care ,lol,I just let the juices of inspiration get a hold of me. As usuual I take up the one and the other suggestion and idea in the comments, some chapters already done by the time I write this, some suggestions already taken up : conquering the “natives”,building military bases to keep the people safe and show we come in peace hehehehe,spagoogle-maps etc,we will also see lots of neekid of course as this is a free planet and we walk as we wish lol. Spacko was a word like foink, it really had no meaning back in Luxembourg,I had a friend and we called each other Spacko. Then when starting here on renderosity I thought I create my own world and name it Spacko later Spackoine (after Star Wars Tattooine)… One of my visitors later suggested the name of Spackovia wich sounded nice in my ears that’s why I gave Spackoine the surname of of Spackovia. Now a new planet and I call it Spackopolis. Easy to follow??mwamwa. My loyal vistors have of course a special key card wich beams them directly into the heat of Spackoine/Spackovia and Spackopolis-lol. I thought I also experiment a bit with photoshop filters. thanks to mapps for the fantastic Lynnspoint-lighthouse freebie pack. Well, it's good to take a journey back into history - especially where a place as colorful as Spackoine/Spackovia/Spackopolis is concerned! Very cool work! And just letting the creative juices flow - that's what it's all about, Rene! Let the story tell itself through your ample talent, and it will take you (and us) places undreamed of. The true beauty of art! That and nekkid babes, of course..... :-D

Wow. They've brought out the national treasures! These paintings must be worth billions of spackolas! I hope no one tries to steal them while they are on public display like this! Love the very painterly feel you've achieved here. Well done Rene!!
