This is my second attempt to upload this image. I posted it yesterday but is disappeared?? Then when I tried to upload it again I was told I had exceeded my limit for the day. :-( Pixeluna and shadownet's wonderful character Winteria, in her blue mood.

a long time ago since this happened to me. on mine it happened mostly when i did a preview before the upload,sometimes (i think)the system keeps the upload in the memory/cache and calls it uploaded even if not. since then i just do upload a not a preview anymore. nice one btw.
