Love the atmosphere in this. Too bad we don't have some half eaten food for plates. I think a pouch of coin would go well on the table, perhaps she is being forced to barter with unsavory types there, or maybe she is one. I had a cup in one of my pieces where I filled it with color to make wine in the cup. I think you could do the same here, only it could be brown and maybe slightly foamy for ale. Just an idea. Her expression is perfect, and I like the guy looming behind her too.

She looks ticked off because she hasn't been served yet ... :-) The expression, pose and lighting are very good and certainly help tell the story of the image. However, the setting doesn't really look like an inn to me. Perhaps it should be "the castle of the forsaken"?

I really hope that guy isn't thinking of trying some cheesy pick-up line on her... I think he'd regret it. I agree with other comments re: crumbs or food although at the same time it would be almost distracting. Her face and pose are strong enough that for me, the table could be just empty... ooh or have the table surface with a few carving/graffiti etches in it an play with the idea of her "making her mark."
