Well, I took a SWAG and looked up "1208" and discovered it's a punk rock band from California. They named the band after their apartment number. How'd I do? :D Great shot, and thanks for the diversion!

The band is from South Africa...Name of the band is Seether...Lead vocalist Shaun Morgan..The tattoo is in memory of his brother Gene.. Shaun has 1308 tattooed on his four right fingers, and 2007 tattooed on his four left fingers which marks the day Eugene died (13/08/2007). Seether's song "Rise Above This" is a tribute to Eugene.

I had to come see this one..dam...would I love LOVE to see these guys...Shaun ROCKS! I have MANY of their acoustic songs and videos and pretty much most of their music, including Saron Gas....OMG your shots ROCK!!!!!
