Description

I took this picture of Andromeda last night at the Worley Obs. The night started out cool, I left my scope base at home, I am glad a friend had his old one there that I could use. It was 9:30 and wet by the time we got everything working and started taking pictures. I did get some good shots. I think I will work on this one some more tonight. On the way home I got stopped by a train for 20 minutes. fun fun Overall a great night! Thanks for viewing

wow this is wonderful . did not know you could see stuff like this with little scopes. guess you have to get a canvas to put over your telescope you know like a tent with no walls.

a thrilling photo. I remember when I was young... the Milky Way hung in the sky just like a large puddle of milk. So bright and vivid. Now, I'm hard pressed to find Venus in the night sky what with all the lights and dismal atmosphere. This is really marvelous.
