HAPPY BD, sweet 50!!! and welcome to the Club! ;-D (yayyyyy) this is for 1 of my very very (veeeeery!) best friends (and 'self-adopted sister'), Jolanda... who has reached a 'respectable' age today!!! (she'll hit me for that! ;-D not addressing a-ny-one else!!! ;-)) (she's also an ex-neighbour. In the Netherlands we have a proverb... 'it's better to have a good neighbour than a far away friend', but we changed that into: 'it's better to have a far away neighbour...' -and we have wonderful neighbours too ;-D- ) schiet al op, schat! ;-D this 1 is for you... A very good friend of mine is from The Netherlands, and for her 50th her best friend from back home came out (surprise!) and we got to learn about the 50 roses (and one white one) and the "Sarah" reference. :) Such fun! I hope your friend has a wonderful birthday!
