Description

This is a mock up of a dock side and of the kind of goods she might carry. The ship was built here so would not be taking on passengers and goods. As well as a human cargo she carried farm animals and other general goods as well as many tons of coal to feed her hungry boilers. The sleeping quarters were not very private for the lower class and the beds were built in tiers, allowing about five feet per person (approx one and a half meters). People in general were a lot shorter then.
