Wow, that is really cool. Very well done. Cannot tell if you painted the beads on or if they were part of render - I am betting part of render as I see a reverse reflection. Lovely reflection, almost missed it on first glance, it is mysterious in its softness and dimness. Fine skin tones on the basic render and great hair detail.
