Heigaran Galactic Federation Captain: Cttachhk, and his Commanding Ground officer; Colonel Harrison discuss plans on their pending landing mission on the planet Parack 4 below. Their crew will do a full planetary recon before a colony ship can begin terraforming this world to make certain there are no sentient species already established. Okay all that set up aside this is another in my RPG series. The Heigarans are members of the Galactic Federation and serve in it's military. They are approximately 8 ft tall on average and are evolved felines. They are however more bestial that their Kataran cousins possessing animal like lower torso and a fully feline head and facial features, as well as incredibly large (1 1\4 inches long) fangs which they can and do use in combat. Their claws are retractable and incredibly sharp capable of rending even the toughest flesh. Yes the human was supposed to resemble Master Chief from Halo I did that for fun.
