Description

For the suppressed peoples around the world, especially the women who often suffers most. A lot of humans fight for freedom and basic civil rights in dictaturships or mafia-like ruled countries these months. Some freedoms fighter are wounded but not giving up. Other places, voices are raised against banks, big corporations and politicians in our own parts of the western world. Are these two things connected? Not necessarly - but our western societies move into a direction of more and more accumulated power and money concentration for just the few, the same also often owning much of the press - and their well paid lobbyists. Same time Big companies get richer and reckless brookers activity throw common hard working people into unemployment... I'm certainly not for a revolution in our, until relatively recently, all in all, decent responsible democracies - but in the later years greater parts get lesser and lesser influence in the political direction in their own societies. The same accumulation happened in the old roman empire, which was weakned by corruption and lots of ordinary peoples without hope... Maybe should our western democracies look into themselves, and we should think deeper about who we eventually elect and thereby bring to power?. Are you sure these will remember you or not?... Remember these words once spolken by Abraham Lincoln "...government of the people, by the people, for the people.." must not be forgotten! Ok, politics...The idea to this render - not very special and a more average creation as it appears - got into life when I by chance saw an image on the Net. It was a movie poster to "Planet Terror" and it had this speciel character, a former poledancer! Story, very shortly: A little group fights some zombies, infected by some virus of a sort. The character played by Rose McGowan has lost one leg to the zombies but she fight back with a leg prosthesis which is a powerful automatic gun which solves zombie problems! I haven't yet seen the movie, created by the famous director Robert Rodrigues ("Sin City", "From Dusk to Dawn"). You can chose to see the story - as I can interpreted the lines, I have read - as the few figting back against the infected ("brainwashed") public who don't see the poorer and lost reality they live in. Or you can just see it as a movie... Have a nice upcoming week end! JohnnyC /Rhanagaz
