The modeling is tight! So is the use of the motion blur to imply movement. The use of scenery to me is lacking though. Good stuff!

The dark made it hard to look at. Perhaps the background sky could be done in a navy, or some luminosity can be added to brighten things up a bit. Otherwise, it's superb!
