Description
a group of boats sailing across the water at sunrise, took 6 hours to render on vue 9 studio. I now have studio 10...but for some reason, I can't seem to install it, I keep getting the same error ...error unable to load installer configuration....
I put that on the eon forums..they said to clear out the temp files, I did that even re downloaded the files, tried again, and rebooted the computer, still doesn't want to install....I emailed their support.

hmmm I have never encountered any problems with Vue 5, 6, 7, and 8 versions, I havenot purchased anything beyond 8, but Vue 10 is convincing...thanks for the heads up that you encountered some problems....maybe I should be prepared for it once I purchased Vue 10, mind me asking what is your computer specs are and what version of Windows you are using?
