This is a Silent Hill inspired render with a considerable amount of 2D post-work added on. I don't know who this character in the picture is, he's just somebody I made up on the spot. But my goal was to create a creepy framed picture like something the player might see and be able to examine in the game. I imagine that this Doctor is either an MD or a psychiatrist who works in Brookhaven Hospital in Silent Hill.
