Description
This is a job for life and that’s why this character took the burden to be life time president of all Spackoworlds.
In contrary to other lifelong governements this is democratic and open to all type of suggestions,its more an administrative title as the president has to coordinate all the ongoings on his planets (mainly spending funds to aquire the correct materials) without interfering in the “daily Business” so to speak.
Here we see the “Doc”as he is called in Las Spackas in June 2011 (earth time).
He is meeting in secret with some weapon dealers …….hehehehe.
I am preparing a type of collages presenting the main actors on Spackopolis/Spackoine,upon a suggestion from our friend Mikeerson,
I will also include short Bios of the respective characters although there is non available of the president of the council.he must stay in the background ,high above on his throne
and let his puppets dance .
*The cyberdoc is of course the guy with the helmet,the other one is just a d…head tourist who came to spend his hard earned Spackodollars in this place.

You can also see that the cybertourist never had a weapon in his hand lol.
Well considering certain phases in my life it was maybe the best that I never happened to have weapons,not even a knife .
and the man gave me permission to take a shot and i even felt inside his suit,wich was "refrigerated"i wondered him in the heat and asked and he let me touch his leg,no not his.... heheheheh.

Wow I am impressed with that birthday list. I not sure how you compiled it. I am impressed. Happy birthday to all who are on it. I could never do a render for them all except if I took the year off and just did December Birthdays. As to the picture of the president of Spackoworlds, isn't your fly supposed to be open with your private part out? I may have my world crossed up.
