Description

With this image, I wanted to capture a lady that is as white as the snow falling around her. This one took a week to render. I'm sure it would have taken less time if I had remembered to turn off ray-tracing on the hair. But I decided to let it go because I did not need the computer at the time. The lady was created using the beautiful Ivory texture by Virtual World, from DAZ. The background is a photo from my back yard, after a heave snowfall. On a new layer, I created a white gradient fill over the background. Next, on top of everything, a new layer is used to create the snow. I used Deviney's brushes from DAZ to do this. That cover it, enjoy.

Wow, now this was definitly worth the long time and may teach those who say "I am impatient..." and "I want to do such art as well" that sometimes there is no compromise. Fantastic!! I would highly recommend to create christmas cards from this, you can be sure that they all end up framed!!
