Description

The Turkey was Excellent. Kudos to the Chef. "Even If it was me" First I seared the pieces on the grill. Wrapped them in foil for about 2 1/2 hours. Then opened the foil packages to get more smoke for about 2 hours. Kept throwing applewood smoke chips on the charcoal. I have used lots of different wood chips. Applewood was what I happened to have this time. I also cooked a small pork loin, 2 steaks, and a few hotdogs. I was tired, but the result was worth it. Next time ya'll try to get here on time.
