YES...it is me using Poser 2010...i know, i know..i am a daz diehard..but thought since i have the prog i may get some use out of it..lol.
It is interesting to see how materials are optimised for different progs, how textures react, how lighting works..pain in the butt !!...and how hair looks so different in Poser to Daz...now if i could copy all my runtime from daz into poser i may just start to use it more...i have to thank Mona ( Missblue ) for getting me thinking about Poser and actually trying it again, thanks Mona...
have a great week ahead folks...oh nice in full view but i really have not bothered to fix poke throughs and stuff, so if you spot any, it's only test !!

It's a great first Poser image ! Sexy pose and great lighting ! And yes, from one 3D software to another many things don't look the same ... and it's a pity ;-) It's easy my friend to show Poser where is your Daz Content, you don't have to copy it ... you just have to show the "Runtime" path to Poser :-)

Looks like a pass to me! Thumbs up!

Except for the difficulties with the lighting (blotted out curse words here) you will love it. Fantastic image and interesting lighting here.

I haven't used Poser2010 yet and only used Poser 7 a handful of times. Biggest problem for a Daz user is a need to sort out your Runtime directories again. I like Poser shaders better but that's about it. Other than that its just what you are used to. Poser users claim their interface is better whilst I quite naturally find Daz much easier to use. I'm glad I chose Daz because the greatest technical improvements have gone with Daz but maybe Poser users think that too. PS I find Shaderworks Library Manager a bit easier to use than the default Poser manager.

Fantastic first render.I like how the hair has turned out and the lighting is superb.I have had poser for a while and for the same reason I am not using daz studio 4 is that I find the layout and controls very different from daz3. Too many years of been a daz user. Lol.

i dont think you have to copy the runtime from daz into poser. i suppose you can point to the location of the folder and poser eats it as daz does,i dont know.fine work.

Ian I am using both and they both run of the same directory in an external drive, In the pose window in the library just click the add new library and navigate to your runtime file you are using for Daz.. and away you go. Nice render too..

Why not use Poser! This is a very nice work, the textures are superb!
MSTene
lovely image & you can add your runtimes to both! ;)

Very stunning for your first piece! She looks beautiful, Ian and that is a very sexy outfit. Really nice lighting and textures in this piece. Go for it!! The DAZ files are different from the Poser files and you'll have to install (re-install) all your runtime stuff into your Poser runtime directories so you have all the right files for Poser. But you probably know that. The individual files install pretty quickly but if you have a lot of stuff, then yeah that could take awhile.

Beautiful image, I love the reflected light.

This looks wonderful! I know I was die hard DazStudio too, but I got over it, lol. The way my runtime was set up, it wasn't really a big deal to just use the same runtimes. Looks like you've got a very good handle on lighting and posing in Poser already!
