Description
I took this shot thought a window. No I was not doing a peeping tom stuff as I do not do that. It was at the Henning Cultural Center here is the link to it http://www.brimstonemuseum.org/henning.asp
they was haveing a fair with rides and live bands. inside they had a lot of stuff on sell. I was on the outside looking in and she was inside looking at something to buy. So it was public area and i did not think i broke any laws here.
it is at night time and i got shots of the Henning building all light up with lights. and got some of the band and rides.
you see the IOS is high

With the High ISO and the three spots of ligth on the upper side, you've got the effect of a photo from an old negative film. I agree with Madbat also.
