Why not make it into a park and put a larger piece of nature back where it should be? Although it is such a large area it look's so sparse. Terrific view though and a pleasure to comment on.

I believe that money talks much more than the green my friend. Why buildings like the old-fashioned architecture and natural arborifaire genre.
