Description
This is one of the lower gates to the Hasedera Shrine in Kamakura, Japan. These Kamakura photos were all taken on a Sunday so there are always people in them, like this mum and daughter.
I have more photos from this shrine I will upload over the next few days.

Love it, the more the better...this old Japanese architecture is always so intricate and beautiful. We struggle to look after brick buildings, some of these wooden structures are thousands of years old and look like they were built last year.Can always look at more of these, and educational too....thanks Iain. (is this the Temple with the famous statue? sorry don't remember the name.)

Newil, this is a different temple. This one features a cavern full of little grottos with little Buddha figurines in every nook and cranny, as well as gardens, pools and more buildings than you can shake a ninja at ^_^ As long as people look I'll post more of my photos. Sharing them is much nicer than them languishing on a pen drive for eternity, lol
